As the procurement partner for more than 900 community health centers nationwide, CNECT is proud to serve as the exclusive group purchasing organization (GPO) partner for the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC).
Through our participation with NACHC Select, a wholly owned subsidiary of NACHC that partners with industry leaders to provide community health centers with savings and other special offers, CNECT contributes a portion of our administrative fees to fund NACHC’s critical advocacy efforts.

How to Enroll
When community health centers join CNECT, they are automatically enrolled in NACHC Select, which enables CNECT to contribute fees to support NACHC.
There is no cost to CNECT membership, no additional fees to support NACHC’s advocacy, and no requirement to be a NACHC organizational member.

Established in 2023, NACHC Select is a wholly owned subsidiary of NACHC that develops relationships with industry leaders to provide savings and other special offers to health centers for the products and services they need and then reinvests related revenue back into NACHC’s advocacy efforts, training and technical assistance, and other resources and programs to advance the health center movement.
CNECT, a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Center Partners of Southern California, is an industry-leading group purchasing organization serving community health centers since 1979. In FY25, CNECT’s health center members collectively saved more than $145M. As an affiliate of Premier Inc., we enable access to thousands of negotiated contracts that provide savings on millions of products and services.
New CNECT members receive a unique membership ID and custom step-by-step instructions to begin your savings journey. A designated member of our team is always standing by to listen to your needs and identify solutions through business reviews and other analysis.
Many community health centers are members of more than one GPO. To be compliant with our recruitment and retention policies, CNECT will need to validate eligibility before a health center can be fully enrolled with CNECT. Our recommendation is to schedule meeting with a CNECT representative to discuss your current GPO affiliation and the purchasing categories where you want to drive additional value.
There are many considerations when choosing a GPO. CNECT goes beyond standard GPO pricing by providing aggregated discounts, proactive contract management services, custom analyses, and solution resources. CNECT can provide price quotes and vendor match analyses to identify savings opportunities through its GPO contract portfolio. CNECT loads contract pricing based on member direction.
This NACHC Select partnership with CNECT generates revenue to be reinvested in NACHC’s advocacy. This model provides transparency and the opportunity to align strategically with a like-minded partner.
No. CHV is a for-profit corporation wholly owned by Community Health Advocates, a 501c4 tax exempt entity. CHV has announced they will close their business on December 31, 2023. Questions on any related contracts should be directed to CHV at info@valueinpurchasing.com.
