An Opportunity to Supply Up to 11,500 Organizations
Business partners undergo a rigorous due diligence process to ensure that all contracted products and services meet the needs and priorities of CNECT and our members at large. The first step in the process is to submit a supplier application through the link below. A member from our contracting team will respond within two business days. Please understand that submitting an application does not ensure that your company will automatically qualify.
Current RFPs
CNECT released an RFP for Suppliers of Credentialing & Compliance Managed Services and Technical Assistance Providers on Monday, March 31, 2025. The contract will be effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. The deadline to submit your proposal is May 9, 2025.

CNECT released an RFP for Suppliers of After Hours Answering Services and Nurse Triage Providers on Monday, March 10, 2025. The contract will be effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. The deadline to submit your proposal is April 18, 2025.

CNECT released an RFP for Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. The contract will be effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027. The deadline to submit proposal was January 5, 2024.
CNECT GPO – Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits RFP Update/Notice:
In an effort to prioritize the best interests of our membership, we have opted to extend the time for bidders to submit bids in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits. The revised deadline for bids is June 6, 2025, providing an extension of 17 months. CNECT will continually assess and award qualified bidders during this extended timeframe, emphasizing the competitiveness of each bidder’s RFP response. CNECT will welcome submissions during this extended period; however, CNECT made a single award in this category in March 2024 in accordance with the time frame set forth in the original RFP.

CNECT released an RFP for clincial reference lab testing services on Monday, August 28, 2023. The contract will be effective from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026. The deadline to submit your proposal was October 13, 2023.
CNECT GPO – Clinical Reference Lab RFP Update/Notice:
In an effort to prioritize the best interests of our membership, we have opted to extend the time for bidders to submit bids in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for clinical reference laboratory services specifically in the Central, Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast regions. The revised deadline for bids relating to such regions is June 30, 2025, providing an extension of 18 months. CNECT will continually assess and award qualified bidders during this extended timeframe, emphasizing the competitiveness of each bidder’s RFP response. CNECT will welcome submissions during this extended period; however, CNECT anticipates that the first contract award(s) for the affected regions will be made during the week of December 4, 2023, in accordance with the time frame set forth in the original RFP.
