What does it take to bring a nearly 100,000-square-foot healthcare facility to life? For Culinary Health Center, it started with the right partner to help turn a complex buildout into a fully functional care environment.
The Member
Culinary Health Center is a multi-site healthcare organization based in Las Vegas, providing integrated care services. The organization operates a network of clinics designed to support coordinated access to a broad range of medical and wellness services for its patient population.
Across its locations, Culinary Health Center offers primary care, pediatrics, dental, vision, physical therapy, radiology, behavioral health, and lab services, as well as additional support services focused on delivering comprehensive care in a streamlined, coordinated environment.
The Challenge
As Culinary Health Center prepared to open its newest facility in Las Vegas, the organization set out to develop a nearly 100,000-square-foot healthcare environment capable of supporting diverse clinical and support functions. Given the scale of the project, selecting a partner with experience managing complex, large-scale healthcare implementations was a key priority.
The interior buildout required solutions that could support multiple functions across the facility while maintaining consistency across clinical, administrative, and patient-facing areas. This included balancing durability and functionality for clinical use, comfort for patients and staff, and operational efficiency across spaces.
The Results
Leveraging CNECT's discounted contract portfolio, Culinary Health Center engaged the Workspace Interiors team at ODP Business Solutions to support the furnishing and implementation of the new facility with products from Global Furniture. Workspace Interiors led furniture planning, sourcing, procurement, delivery, installation, and project coordination across the space.
Culinary Health Center was able to access competitive pricing across multiple furniture categories from Global, and Workspace Interiors helped ensure furniture selections and layouts aligned with the facility’s operational needs.
From initial concept through final installation, the project took approximately 12 months and resulted in a fully furnished healthcare environment supporting clinical, administrative, and patient-facing functions across the facility. See more in this case study from ODP.
