Contract Details
Pfizer provides vaccines, including RSV, COVID-19, meningococcal, and pneumococcal vaccines, and both brand and generic pharmaceuticals, including orals and injectables.

- COVID-19 Vaccines from BioNTech and Pfizer — Up to 6.76% off
- PENBRAYA (Meningococcal Vaccines) — 10.68% off
- Prevnar20 (Pneumococcal Vaccine) — Up to 9.5% off
- Trumenba (Meningococcal Vaccine) — Up to 22% off
Connecting Instructions
Step 1: Visit Pfizer Vaccines Discounts On-Demand Website
- Visit www.pfizervaccinesdiscounts.pfizer.com.
- Enter the email address for your organization.
- Enter the confirmation code (received via your email) into the portal.
Step 2: Provide Additional Information to See Your Offer(s)
- Provide your organization’s name and address.
- Enter the identifiers you use to purchase Pfizer vaccines (DEA, HIN, 340B, Pfizer Account #).
- On the Contract Options page, review the Discounts on Demand offer’s details and review and/or download the Terms and Conditions for the Agreement(s).
- Select Continue. If necessary, create a Prime Contracts account, then log in.
- On the next page, to enroll in the agreement, select Join Contract.
Step 3: Enroll in the Participation Agreement
- Select Premier as the Primary GPO.
- All Pfizer vaccines will be automatically added to your agreement.
- Review the participation agreement.
- Select I Agree to join the Pfizer Vaccines Discounts on Demand Agreement.
Step 4: The Next Business Day, Review Your Agreement Eligibility
- Log in at www.primecontracts.pfizer.com.
- Note: This is a different website link than the one initially used to join the agreement.
- On the dashboard, review eligibility in the facilities grid.
- See Agreement for Discount availability (typically within five days of effective date).
