- We are the exclusive group purchasing organization (GPO) of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), a leading advocate for community health centers nationwide.
- We’re an aggregator with over 400 contracts aggregated to higher-than-base tiers.
- We service all classes of trades in the continuum of care space.
- We give you access to 24 sales and service reps in territory who are ready to support you in the field.
- Our operations and contract teams include 18 people who can support you with roster management, contract loads, and Rx enrollment.
- In FY23, we completed 1.1M member contract connections.
The Member Enrollment Process and Contract Load Expectations

Send the following information to your CNECT new business rep:
- Screenshot of customer information, including bill-to and ship-to account numbers, name, and full address.
- Customer contact information, including title, full name, and email address.
- 12-month usage listProduct usage list is the most efficient way to identify which contracts need to be activated and loaded. It is also used to proactively collect manufacturer GPO declaration forms needed for contract loads. with extended sales.

CNECT sends prefilled membership application to customer contact via DocuSign.
- Please encourage your customers to opt in for the Rx contract portfolio by including their DEA or HIN.

Once the contract is signed, Premier assigns a GPO ID within 2-3 days.

After receiving the GPO ID, CNECT:
- Price activates manufacturer contracts per the usage list. If a usage list is not provided, we will price activate top contracts for the customer’s specific class of trade.
- Submits a load request to the McKesson GPO support team, which then sends the GPO designation link to the customer. Once it is completed, McKesson loads CNECT pricing to the account within 72 hours.
*Please note, manufacturer aggregated tiers will load in the next 2-3 weeks, though some take longer, such as BD, which has a minimum 45-day loading period.

Price Quotes/Market Baskets
Send a 12-month product usage list and include manufacturer number, full manufacturer name, item description, UOM, and quantity sold extended sales.Quantity sold and extended sales information allows us to include committed tier options and provide dynamic fields to adjust margins for a savings analysis.
Tier Audits
Send your CNECT member engagement manager the customer’s name, all bill-to account numbers associated with the accounts, and a 12-month usage history with extended sales.
After receiving this information, our operations team will review tiers based on CNECT’s aggregation portfolio and the member’s volume. Any missing price activations will be submitted.
We’ll also review Rx portfolio eligibility per ship-to, with Rx activation opportunities identified in the report. We’ll automatically process Rx activation for locations that have a HIN.
Business Reviews
Team up with your CNECT sales or service rep for joint customer business reviews. We’ll provide custom member reports, new contract savings opportunities, and other resources to drive the value of our GPO membership and McKesson partnership.
Vendor List Analyses
Send your customer’s vendor list to CNECT and we’ll identify immediate savings opportunities outside of med/surg products. We’ll help build a fence around your business by giving your customers access to discounts on I.T. products and services (30% off), office supplies (53% off), copiers (75% off), janitorial supplies (58% off), and more. Let’s take the focus on cutting prices off you and direct it to savings in other areas of your customers’ organizations.
CNECT Manufacturer Contract Highlights
Rx Portfolio
Our robust portfolio will lower your acquisition cost and provide customers with savings for their pharmaceutical needs. The portfolio includes vaccines, injectables, orals, and both generic and branded products.
Committed vaccine programs are also available. Members need a valid DEA or HIN per location that orders Rx products on the membership roster to be eligible.
Our Rx portfolio includes two versions of the newly formulated COVID-19 vaccine:
Moderna 2023-24 COVID-19 Vaccines
- 15% off WAC
- Prefilled Syringe: $110 ea
- SDV: $109.44 ea
Pricing is the sell price; distributor margins are included.
Pfizer 2023-24 COVID-19 Vaccines
- 1% off WAC
- Prefilled Syringe: $126.72 ea
- SDV: $113.85 ea
Pricing is contract cost; add distributor margins for sell price.
Sklar Instruments
CNECT members now have tier 2 pricing for the surgical instruments contract (PP-OR-2011), representing an additional 42% off tier 1 pricing.
Midmark
Exclusive pricing for community health center customers expires on 12/31/23 and will be moved to Premier top-tier 6 on January 1, 2024. There will be an ~8% price increase on exam room furniture, vital sign monitors, and case work. Work with CNECT and Midmark to secure pricing for open projects!
